REFUND POLICY

If registration is canceled by January 1, 2024 a full refund will be provided minus a $25 processing fee. If registration is canceled by February 15, 2024 a full refund will be provided minus a $50 processing fee. After February 15, 2024 no refund will be provided.  Please note, regardless of the refund amount listed, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. By providing payment for conference registration you are agreeing to the refund policy.

SPONSOR REFUND POLICY

If sponsorship is canceled by January 1, 2024 a 50% refund will be provided. After January 1, 2024 no refund will be provided. Please note, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. To request a refund, please email the conference director.
